This site does not track you, does not count visits and uses no advertising cookies. I only collect data when you write to me yourself, through the form or by email. Here is exactly what happens to it.

Who processes your data

What I collect
The contact form collects your name, your email address and the text of your message. Nothing else. I do not ask for data I do not need in order to reply.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if it goes that way, to agree the terms of working together. The basis is your consent, and steps taken before entering a contract at your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. That does not affect what happened before.
Who else sees it
Your message passes through the services I use to run this site:
- VH.pl, hosts this site and runs my mailbox.
- Web3Forms, receives the form submission and passes it to my inbox.
- Fakturownia, issues invoices if the enquiry turns into a project.
Nobody else receives your data, and I do not sell it.
Transfers outside Europe
Web3Forms runs on servers in the United States, and the company behind it is registered in India, so your message leaves the European Economic Area. The service does not store form contents, it forwards them to my inbox, and it clears its server logs periodically. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which that provider incorporates into its data processing agreement.
How long I keep it
Until the matter the enquiry concerns is closed, and then no longer than 12 months. If the enquiry turns into a project, accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. I use no Google Analytics and no other visit-counting tool, so I do not know who comes here.
Your browser stores two things for you: the theme you picked, light or dark, and your preferred language. They stay on your device, reach neither me nor anyone else, and disappear when you clear the site data.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- get a copy of the data I hold
- correct it if it is wrong
- have it erased
- restrict what I do with it
- move it to another controller
- object to the processing

Complaints
If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
Changes
If the way I process data changes, I will update this document and change the date at the top of the page.
